Nanometrics Repair Services
We service and repair Nanometrics XLS75 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Nanometrics XLS75 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the XLS75 if necessary.
