Veeco Repair Services
We service and repair Veeco DEKTAK 3 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Veeco DEKTAK 3 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DEKTAK 3 if necessary.
