Kla-tencor Repair Services
We service and repair Kla-tencor AIT and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Kla-tencor AIT include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the AIT if necessary.
